Verification & Safe Sport. By submitting this application you consent to Intervia reviewing the credentials, identity documents and details you provide. Intervia checks every application by hand and cooperates with the relevant authorities, who retain their own powers of investigation and enforcement.
Intervia upholds the highest standard it can for its members. Each coach remains solely responsible for the accuracy of their credentials and for their own conduct, and is expected to uphold Singapore's Safe Sport Unified Code.
Intervia may suspend a profile and withdraw platform access, without refund for the current billing period, where credentials cannot be substantiated or the platform is used for unlawful purposes. The same applies where Intervia receives a report of misconduct involving a client, including but not limited to sexual misconduct, harassment, verbal abuse, or other inappropriate or disrespectful conduct, and following review considers suspension warranted. Serious cases may be referred to the Safe Sport Commission or the Singapore Police Force, and access may be revoked immediately and without notice.
