Two sides,
one system

Intervia runs the business of coaching: for the coaches doing the work, and the people who train with them.

For the people who train

Train without the risk

Verified coaches, real availability, and package money held with Stripe, not by your coach, released one session at a time after you train.

For coaches

Coach without the admin

Bookings, packages, payments and reminders in one place, so you get your evenings back. 0% commission, no booking fees, ever.

One system, both sides

Why we exist

Trust should not be a leap

01·1 · The problem everyone knows

You have read the stories. A studio closes overnight and members lose every prepaid session. It keeps happening because the old model asks clients to hand money to a business and hope. And every honest coach pays for it too, in trust that one headline about someone else destroys.

01·2 · The work nobody signed up for

Every great coach we know is also, reluctantly, a receptionist, a bookkeeper and a debt collector. Chasing payments over WhatsApp, rebuilding the same schedule every month, losing evenings to invoices instead of training plans. The coaching is the job. The rest is friction.

01·3 · The way between

So we built the thing that stands between: Intervia, from the Latin inter and via. The connection between members who want to train, coaches who want to coach, and a platform whose only job is to hold that link steady. Members train without worry, their money sits behind a safety net. Coaches coach without worry, the bookings, the records and the trust are handled. We are the way between, and nothing more.

What we believe

Four things that make this work

B·1 · Anything happens, the money comes back

A coach quits, moves, goes quiet, or simply stops replying. In the old model that is your problem. Here it is nobody’s problem, because the money for every session you have not had was never sent to them. It is still held, and it returns to you. Undelivered sessions are always refundable, whatever happens. Every other decision on this page exists to keep that sentence true.

B·2 · The 90 day window is not our number

Payments move through Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd., which holds a Major Payment Institution licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Money cannot sit held there indefinitely. Stripe caps the hold at 90 days, and we built every package to settle inside that window. We did not choose the number.

So every dollar is delivered as a session or returned automatically before the hold runs out. No package outlives its safety net, because we do not allow one to exist.

B·3 · You are trusting a system, not a stranger

Booking a coach you have never met should not be a leap of faith. Every coach here submits credentials and identity documents that we review before listing, and confirms a safety declaration covering their conduct and, where relevant, coaching under 18s. Their cancellation policy is shown before you pay and frozen into your agreement. The rules do the trusting, so you do not have to.

B·4 · Coaches are protected too

A platform that only protects members would just move the risk onto coaches, and we would deserve to lose them. When something goes wrong, both sides get the same clocks and the same right to be heard, and Intervia decides on the record: the booking, the agreed terms, the session log, what each side submits. Not on who complained loudest, not on who we like. A coach who did the work gets paid, and a coach who is accused of something gets a fair hearing rather than an instant refund out of their earnings.

How this works for coaches

Your business, your rules

C·1 · Your clients, your locations, your rates

You set your prices, your schedule and your own session policies. We run the admin underneath and step in only when something needs a fair resolution.

C·2 · One flat fee, no commission

You pay one monthly subscription plus Stripe’s payment processing fees on each transaction. Intervia takes no cut of your sessions. A platform that takes a percentage has a reason to sit between you and your clients. We do not want that reason.

C·3 · Paid without chasing

Money is released to you 48 hours after each session you deliver, automatically. No invoicing, no reminders, no awkward messages. A client who cancels late is handled by the policy you set, not by a conversation you have to have.

C·4 · Every sport, not just the gym

Tennis, swimming, badminton, martial arts, dance, football and more. If you coach it, Intervia runs it.

How this works for members

Train without the risk

M·1 · Your money is held, not handed over

You pay for your package in one go, the same as anywhere else. What is different is where it goes. It goes to Stripe Payments Singapore Pte. Ltd., which holds a Major Payment Institution licence from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and it stays there.

Not with your coach, and not with us. Intervia has no account it could sit in.

Your coach is paid a little at a time, 48 hours after each session they actually deliver. So the money for sessions you have not had yet is still sitting there, untouched.

M·2 · If your coach disappears

You get the unused sessions back. All of them, at the package rate you paid, so you keep the discount you signed up for.

It goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days

This is the whole reason payment is released session by session instead of upfront. There is never a large sum sitting in someone else’s account waiting to disappear.

M·3 · If a session goes wrong

You have 48 hours after any session to raise it with us. That session’s payment stops where it is until the matter is settled, so nothing is paid out while it is still in question.

Late cancellations and no shows follow your coach’s own policy. You see that policy before you book, and it is frozen into your agreement the moment you pay, so it cannot change underneath you.

Most coaches include a few free sessions, so the occasional late cancellation does not cost you a session.

M·4 · You know who you are booking

Every coach submits their coaching credentials and identity documents, and we check them before they can be listed at all. What we verified shows on their profile.

If a coach later changes their name, business details or credentials, they go back through verification before those changes go live.

Coaches who have completed child safety training and had it verified carry a Child Safety Trained badge.

What we are working towards

The stronger the roster, the more it is worth to everyone in it

Intervia starts as the back office for your coaching business. Over time it becomes a network of Singapore’s independent coaches, opening doors to locations, partnerships and clients that are hard to reach alone.
