Session facilitator

Mostly from home, occasionally on the ground, handling session records, verification and disputes

THE JOB SCOPE

Keep session records right
Confirm attendance and session completion in the app so coaches get paid and packages deduct without disputes.

Verify coach credentials
Check submitted certifications and documents against official registries as coaches come on board

Handle disputes
Work through no shows, cancellations and refund cases by the stated policies, fairly and quickly

Be on the ground when it counts
Visit partner venues when a session, check or dispute needs eyes in person

Report back
Share member and coach feedback so sessions and the product keep improving
